- HBS Cases
I've found that a lot of HBS cases implicitly or explicitly touch on legal issues, both in the sense of "law" as we normally think of it (statutes, regs, judicial opinions) and contract design. In fact, the cases that don't consciously try to teach law often provide better teaching material.
