Exam Information
Format: The final
examination will consist of one essay question and eighteen multiple choice
questions. The exam will be open
book, open note, open reference materials.
If you use a computer, you may access reference materials on your
hard disk. You may not use
the Internet.
Exam Scope: You
are only responsible for the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (and
accompanying notes and comparative state provisions) that relate to the
assigned reading and the material discussed in class. You are not responsible for all of
the Rules. This principle also applies
to the federal statutes, constitutional provisions, and Federal Rules of
Appellate Procedure in the Supplement.
